You will learn everything about Austria as wine country, the history of austrian wine, how wine is made, about the different regions and their special varieties along how to properly taste wine in a fun way. Your guide is a renown sommelier, already for over 10 years in the wine and food industry and a experienced wine tasting host. The tasting takes place in the first tasting atelier, the Tastelier, founded in Dezember 2019 especially for special wine, spirits and food tastings.
An Exclusive Tasting without any other guests along a private guiding by a sommelier and chef and the tasting individually created and selected before hand on your very own preferences. Doesn't that sound like a culinary experience you'd never find somewhere else?

Fine-tune your appreciation of Austrian wines in this fun and approachable 2-hour wine tasting in Salzburg. This tasting experience is all about the best wines from Austria and why since several years you'll find Austrian wines on all top wine lists of the world.
You will learn, experience, and taste how wine is made in Austria (who by the way has the strictest wine law in the world!) in a fun and playful, therefore very approachable way from a sommelière and professional wine educator and even play wine memory, our very own professional wine tasting game designed to help identify aromas in wines. Wine is woven into the Austrian culture and day-to-day life along with its history. You will try six amazing typical wine varieties along freshly baked bread.
