    From our olive grove a taste of excellence of our land: the extra virgin olive oil. Entirely from organic farming, the olives are harvested by hand from mid-October and cold-pressed to guarantee the yield of an excellent quality product with unmistakable organoleptic properties. Taste the white wine symbol of San Gimignano: Vernaccia. Discover the best pairings and enjoy tasting our labels under the expert guidance of an expert sommelier. Directly from our synergistic garden and from the neighborhood gardens, expertly processed seasonal vegetables and fruit to be savored in all their authenticity.
