What To Expect
Live an authentic Tuscan culinary experience with our ‘Pasta & Pasta’ lesson. You will learn how to prepare two types of fresh pasta: the traditional Tagliatelle and the typical Tuscan Pici, working the dough by hand with DAY techniques for generations. We will complete the itinerary with the preparation of two traditional sauces to enhance the flavors of the pasta.
At the end of the lesson, we will sit together to enjoy the prepared dishes, accompanied DA a bottle of local wine selected for the ideal match.
An experience designed for small groups (minimum 2 people, maximum 6) to ensure a family atmosphere and personalized attention.
