Yoga on the Beach is a unique experience that is very different from yoga in a studio, gym, or even in your home. It an immersive practice that will elevate your senses as you feel the cool sea breeze as you flow, connect to the expansiveness of the ocean, let your breath sync up to the rhythm of the waves.

What To Expect

We’ll meet at a park right on the beach, then set up our beach towels (instead of yoga mats) on the sand. Our teacher will then guide you through a gentle warm-up of rooting into the soft sand, stretching under the warm sun, and syncing the breath to the rhythm of the ocean. We’ll set intentions as we practice, moving through a Vinyasa flow to bring up the heart rate, strengthen our body and focus our mind. We'll do classic yoga exercises like the "sun salutation" the way it was meant to be done – under the sun! We end our practice with a cool down and energy cleansing. Our teacher will lead a guided meditation as the island breeze gently lowers your body temperature and calms the mind to a tranquil state. You'll leave feeling zen - a great way to start the day!
