What To Expect

In the mountain scenery of the Gennargentu, in the nature of the village of Arzana, known for the longevity of its inhabitants, you will spend a day together with the shepherd on a farm.
An authentic experience to learn about traditional knowledge related to the world of sheep farming, experience the art of milking, manual and mechanical, and discover the secrets of cheese making. To better preserve the flavor of this day, tradition dictates that the farm products are then enjoyed in the company of others.
