I’ll guide you through "sa mola de su notariu," our museum dedicated to extra virgin olive oil. Here, amidst ancient equipment and stories, you'll experience a time capsule of Sardinian culture, understanding olive oil's pivotal role. Explore the old underground cistern—a magical repository of oil lamps and artifacts from centuries past.
The journey continues as taste. I will lead a tasting session where you'll learn to discern the quality of extra virgin olive oil, an invaluable skill. Experience our olive oil's complex flavors: fruitiness, bitterness, and spiciness. Try "Limolio," our unique blend of organic olives and lemons, and "Rogo del Tempio," our spicy oil with a bouquet of nine Sardinian herbs.
