What To Expect
Embark on a journey at our advanced oil mill, where you’ll delve into the mysteries of olive oil production, a tradition we’ve for over 400 years. I’ll guide you through "sa mola de su notariu," our museum dedicated to extra virgin olive oil. Here, amidst ancient equipment and stories, you'll experience a time capsule of Sardinian culture, understanding olive oil's pivotal role. Explore the old underground cistern—a magical repository of oil lamps and artifacts from centuries past.
The journey continues as taste. I will lead a tasting session where you'll learn to discern the quality of extra virgin olive oil, an invaluable skill. Experience our olive oil's complex flavors: fruitiness, bitterness, and spiciness. Try "Limolio," our unique blend of organic olives and lemons, and "Rogo del Tempio," our spicy oil with a bouquet of nine Sardinian herbs.
Enjoy this alongside a selection of cured meats, sparkling wine, natural olives, and carasau bread. We invite you to a sensory feast that celebrates the rich heritage of olive oil through sight, sound, touch, and taste.
