What To Expect
After a quick and fun 15-minute theory lesson, you can breathe underwater for the first time in complete safety to an approximate depth of 4/5 metres.
Based on the marine and weather conditions, this is the possible itinerary:
-Sailing only 5 minutes in the Tavolara Marine Protected Area towards Isola Ruja, where you'll receive information regarding the surrounding area and
- Passing in front of Isola Ruja and the famous beaches of Cala Brandinchi, Lu Impostu, Salina Bamba and Baia Salinedda.
- Stop for about 50 minutes at Ruja Island.
- Snack on board and return to port.

- All participants are required to pay an environmental fee of 3€ to be paid on site in cash
- This experience is not suitable for people under 10 years of age
- At the end of the experience, will be available and free use 2 bathrooms for women and 2 bathrooms for men, with hot water showers. Inside the diving center there is also a cabin to change if you do not need a toilet
- Pets are not allowed

The main concern with scuba diving and flying is decompression sickness (DCS). Your body needs adequate time during an ascent to off-gas excess nitrogen, or you can form bubbles in your bloodstream, possibly leading to DCS.
