Experience a morning workshop in Porto Torres, in northern Sardinia, where you can learn the secrets of pasta making according to the Sardinian tradition.
You will savor the authentic taste of Sardinia and take home the pasta you have prepared while also enjoying a morning with a local in a country house surrounded by nature.

The aim of the workshop is to tell and teach participants the realization of Sardinian handicraft pasta: Culurgiones ogliastrini, Maccarones de busa, and Sardinian Gnocchi
