What To Expect
Paddle on a professional SUP board with your family or friends and enjoy this eco-friendly SUP Experience!
In the beautiful waters of Golfo Aranci, during the SUP Experience, you will have the chance to spot the dolphins that live on this coast.
We will start from the beach of Golfo Aranci where we, National SUP instructors and SUP Local Guides, will be waiting for you for a basic paddleboard lesson on safety, and then continue paddling on a sea excursion, between small inlets, breathtaking scenery and local fauna (we will be able to see cormorants, seagulls, wild herons and dolphins).
There will be small stops, to take a few baths and a moment to offer you an aperitif at sunset, with typical Sardinian products, as you have never tasted it!!
Or a unique breakfast, in a breathtaking setting, all surrounded by videos and photos, for a SUPer memory.
We recommend you bring: Drinking water, towel, sunscreen, Sweatshirt and leggings (if Alba).

As an active member of the Dolphin SMART program, we do not have physical contact with the dolphins on Stand Up Paddle Tour Dolphins Experience Golfo Aranci. We watch them in their natural habitat from the boat.
Dec 2022If you have any doubts about becoming seasick on the water, we recommend taking a Dramamine® Motion Sickness Relief tablet the night before your trip. Some people recommend taking it the night before your cruise and then again that morning so you will not feel so drowsy.
Feb 2023- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the tour start time.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the tour start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
