Meeting and Pickup
Complimentary pickup is available from locations within the city limits of Sedona, the Village of Oak Creek, and Flagstaff. This includes most hotels and residential addresses in these areas.When booking, you can either select your hotel from the dropdown menu or manually enter your pickup address. As long as the address is within our designated pickup zones, we will arrange to pick you up there.If your address is outside the pickup area, you can select the nearest available pickup location.Pickup begins at approximately 6:00 – 6:30 AM, and a minimum of 4 guests is required for the tour to operate.To ensure a smooth experience, please provide your pickup location no later than 72 hours before your tour date.
