Overview
In this class you will receive hands on training from a Michelin trained chef. You'll learn the many secrets and techniques of the world's top kitchens and receive tips and tricks for replicating professional-quality dishes at home.
Our guests will experience local ingredients that are little-known in other corners of the world. We'll explain to you the storied histories of these products, their traditional and contemporary use in cuisine, and how to maximize their use. This said, our recipes are specifically crafted to be replicable so that you can use your newfound knowledge to impress your dinner guests wherever you call home.
All of our menus are customized to fit your dietary needs and interests. Please let us know of any preferences, dislikes, or allergies so that you can feel as at home in our kitchen as we do. We like to accommodate multiple groups so that travelers can mingle and make friends as they cook the night away. Private groups can be arranged upon request.
