Reiki & Sound Healing on the Red Rocks of Sedona
Overview
Together we will do an easy hike to a special sacred spot within view of three of Sedona's iconic red rock mountains. On the walk and then at this spot, you will first learn about vortexes, healing energy, and chakras and will have the possibility of kinesthetically experiencing this energy through meditation and grounding exercises. Then, you will experience a Reiki hands-on energy healing accompanied by Himalayan singing bowls. It is possible to totally customize this experience, depending on you and your group's understanding of and experience with subtle energy. A Participant Form is available for each person to fill in prior to this experience to help customize it. Also, an audio or video call is available prior as a free consultation.

What To Expect
Experience Reiki & Sound Healing Outdoors in the middle of Sedona’s Red Rocks - a truly iconic Sedona Experience!
We will meet at Courthouse Vista parking and hike 15-30 minutes, depending on interest and ability, until we arrive at a special location with amazing views of three of Sedona's iconic red rock mountains. Adapting to your group's level, Melina will help each of you to understand and experience subtle energy and extrasensory perception. You will begin with breathwork and guided visualization, and then you will experience Reiki energy healing and sound healing with Himalayan singing bowls.
Reiki is a healing modality with powerful techniques and tools that promote healing of the mind, body, and spirit and help facilitate stress reduction and relaxation.
It is a simple yet profound method of aligning an individual with his or her Life Energy to promote relaxation, healing, holistic well-being, and spiritual growth.
Sound healing is an ancient meditative practice that uses different musical instruments to create healing vibrations around the body in a meditative state. Singing Bowls are tuned at strategic frequencies for healing different parts of the body and mind.
