Overview

This helicopter tour covers over 30 miles and shows off everything our shorter tour covers plus gives you great views of select ancient ruins by taking you into Boynton and Long canyons. We slow the helicopter down and get up close to these incredible sites! Just imagine how the people who built them must have had to live! These ruins are only accessible by extensive hiking IF you know where they are.

If you want to see the Sedona red rocks and the ancient Sinagua ruins at sunset this is for you!

Cathedral Rock is a natural sandstone butte near Sedona, Arizona, and one of the most-photographed sights in Arizona, United States. The rock formation is located in the Coconino National Forest in Yavapai County, about 1 mi (1.6 km) west of Arizona Route 179, and about 2.5 mi (4.0 km) south of the "Y" intersection of State Routes 179 and 89A in uptown Sedona. The summit elevation of Cathedral Rock is 4,967 ft (1,514 m).

Thunder Mountain is located three miles immediately northwest of Sedona in the Red Rock-Secret Mountain Wilderness, on land managed by Coconino National Forest.
