Paella is the best known Spanish dish internationally, but not so many people know why we use each of its ingredients, where they come from, as well as the history and evolution of this traditional dish of the Mediterranean cuisine. Now you can learn everything about it and be part of its cooking and tasting!
Not only will our team introduce and teach you about this iconic dish, we will also prepare a traditional and special sangria with the freshest ingredients of the area.
