What To Expect

We will prepare arancine and potato croquettes together, a typical Sicilian street food. We will make both meat and butter arancine. We will cook saffron rice, Sicilian ragù, and everything else needed for the butter arancine. We will start our experience with an aperitif and some appetizers. Everything you will cook, especially the vegetables and eggs, and eat comes from local and organic crops. The meat is local from animals raised in Sicily.

After cooking, we will enjoy our meal while sipping on good wine.
