Take part in a Sicilian culinary experience where you will learn how to prepare fresh pasta. You will use fresh, quality ingredients to cook and enjoy a seasonal meal. The activity is ideal for families or groups, requires at least two participants, children must be at least 8 years old.

What To Expect
Live an authentic experience in the heart of Sicily, between flavors, traditions and relaxation.
Here's what's waiting for you:
• Put your hands in dough and learn how to create two types of fresh Sicilian pasta, and a dessert, following traditional methods that are easy to replicate at home.
• Discover the secrets of two irresistible sauces — vegetarian, meat or fish — made with fresh, local ingredients.
Teresa will show you how to make a third pasta size.
• Do you have any special requests or intolerances? Teresa creates a menu tailored to you! (Note: gluten free option is not available)
Let's go shopping together at the Ortigia market (extra 50 € per person).
At the market what will you do:
• Discover the typical fresh and preserved Sicilian products.
• Enjoy small tastings, Teresa will shop for cooking class.
• Learn the basics of authentic Sicilian gastronomic tradition, such as Sicilian sautéing or breading.
The tour starts at 8.30am and lasts one hour. At 10.00 a.m. the cooking class begins in the Arenella area.
Only by booking the tour at the market you will have my complete cookbook with Sicilian recipes, very useful when you are at home.
