Overview
The excursion to the gorges of Tiberio includes the crossing by boat of the geological site recognized by UNESCO and a walk along the river Pollina according to the period downstream to the small Gorges or upstream to the lakes where it is possible to swim.

What To Expect
How to get to the Tiberius gorges for those arriving from Palermo or Messina:
exit A 20 Castelbuono (Pa) or Tusa (Me), follow direction for Finale di Pollina in both cases; past the town (for those arriving from Castelbuono) or before the town (for those arriving from Tusa) take the SP 52 for San Mauro Castelverde (Pa), 8 km (Borrello junction) turn right and continue on the SP 60 for 1 , 5 km to the Tiberius crossroads, here always to the right take the small road (first asphalted and then unpaved) for about 1 km to the beginning of the equipped area (identifiable thanks to the presence of an information panel and a rest area ). Here the excursion begins
