Overview

Immerse yourself in the history of Greek art and stroll among the most important Baroque palaces in Sicily.
We will be headed to Syracuse, the most important Greek colony in Sicily.
The Neapolis Archaeological Park, now a protected oasis, is immersed in a natural setting with monuments unique in the world:
The Ancient Theater - The Ear of Dionysius - The Ropemen's Cave - The Roman Amphitheater - The Altar of Hieron II - The Latomia of Paradise.
The island of Ortigia.
The Temple of Apollo, the Diana Fountain, the Cathedral and the Church of S. Lucia.
Then we will walk through the alleys until we reach Fonte Aretusea, a body of water within which the ancient "Ciperus Papirus" plant grows.
Noto, UNESCO World Heritage Site, undisputed home of the Baroque. There we will admire the imposing Palace of the Franciscan Friars, that of the Benedictine Friars, the Cathedral of S. Nicola, the Palazzo Ducezio and the best example of Sicilian Baroque: Palazzo Nicolaci.
