Overview

Immersed in a generous and luxuriant nature, the Bio farm is ideal for spending a day in contact with nature.
The gentle hills are suitable for pleasant naturalistic walks.
Among the most welcome moments is the stop in the vineyard adjacent to the cellar: here the visitor has the opportunity to get to know the qualitative precautions in the vineyard, the favorable microclimate, harvest times. We continue the visit to the cellar passing through the area of vinification, bottling and aging of red wines. the tasting of two wines is provided directly from the vats and barrels. Visiting this organic farm allows the visitor to get to know the generosity of the Sicilian countryside up close: olive groves, citrus groves, garden of aromas, the vast lawn with Mediterranean plants. In addition, the play area, the animal area, the refreshment verandas, the restaurant characterize the farm and make it the ideal place to spend a relaxing day in contact with nature.

    What To Expect

    We are waiting for you in the sweet hilly area so dear to Frederick II of Swabia.
    Our welcome begins with a pleasant nature walk among the family vineyards and olive groves: knowing the attention of the winemakers, exploring the microclimate of these hills already anticipates some emotions that we will experience with the glass in hand. We arrive in the cellar which recalls the square shape of the typical Sicilian Baglio. Passing through the bottling area we reach the room where the red wines are refined between barrels and barriques. On the veranda overlooking the garden or in the tasting room of the cellar we will prepare a tasty brunch with five Sicilian specialties, vegetables from our garden, homemade bread with extra virgin olive oil, delicious jams, organic honey. All enriched by the tasting of two wines that evoke all the warmth of the Mediterranean: a versatile, fresh and tasty white typical of the hilly area and a characterful red with a fruity bouquet
