    What To Expect

    We breathe, move and flow through our practice with awareness and loving kindness to our body and thoughts.
    In the morning we have an active vinyasa flow for 1 hour with strength building and stretching.
    In the evening time we do 1 hour of relaxing yoga, where we hold the poses for a long time and focus on stretching. We also involve meditation, breathing techniques and sometimes mantra chanting in the end of the class.

    Afterwards you can join us for a vegetarian breakfast buffet, for an additional cost.
    Or in the evening time for a cacao ceremony or vegetarian dinner - depending which day you join.
