What To Expect

You will be picked up from hotels in the Side area. After transferring to the Turkish Bath and Spa center by air-conditioned bus, the first mud bath experience will last approximately 15 minutes. Then take a shower and enter the sauna. You should stay in the sauna for 10-15 minutes. And then the Salt room. The salt room is beneficial to breathing and especially to Ashtym. Then the steam room to relax your skin before the exfoliating massage. The next step is an exfoliating massage in the Turkish bath. The staff gives you a peeling massage and foam massage for about 20 minutes. You will then wait in the relaxation room for an oil massage. While you're waiting in the break room, you can try doctor fish therapy. Classic oil massage takes about 20 minutes. After the massage is over, you can purchase extra massage types. Once your program is over, you will be dropped off back to your hotel.
