Overview

A two hours enchanting walk, discovering Siena most beloved places. Start in front of the Basilica San Domenico, where the relics of St. Catherine are kept, then continues towards her ancient house. Stroll in the characteristic streets and reach the Cathedral. Decide with your guide if you want to enter shortly to see the unique marble floor and artworks by Donatello, Bernini and Michelangelo. Arrive at the famous Piazza del Campo, the main square, where the Palio (horse race), takes place twice a year. Discover this medieval tradtion and understand why it is so important for the Sienese.
