Overview

We will wait for you in our beautiful Relais, with a wonderful view of Capri from our swimming pool, in our garden, under the centuries-old pine trees, you can cook and have fun enjoying lots of relaxation. You will start the experience with a taste of our local products in the Farm and so you will come at our Resort to start the Pasta Lesson.
Our Chef will teach you how to prepare our traditional Eggplant Parmigiana and homemade Gnocchi alla Sorrentina
You can become great Chefs with simple and tasty products and the best part will be being able to taste everything on our wonderful terrace overlooking Capri with a glass of wine!

    What To Expect

    Located on the beautiful hills of Massa Lubrense, a magical and relaxing place where you can learn to cook good traditional dishes while admiring the beautiful panorama overlooking the beautiful island of Capri.
    We will wait for you at the meeting point in Schiazzano, a typical village of the area, surrounded by nature, where you can start your experience...
    Our producer will take you up the hill on a gastronomic tour among olive trees and our farm animals with the characteristic "Ape car".
    Once you arrive at your destination, you will have a demonstration in the preparation of fresh mozzarella and other dairy products.
    After the first step, where you will taste excellent local products, you will be accompanied to our beautiful Resort, where I will be waiting for you to start the cooking lesson. Together we will prepare two typical dishes of our tradition with 0 km products.
    We will prepare the classic eggplant parmigiana and fresh pasta for gnocchi.
    You can become great Chefs with simple and tasty products and the best part will be being able to taste everything on our wonderful terrace overlooking Capri.
