During this course, you will be guided by experienced gelato makers, who will share their knowledge and skills and help you perfect your recipes.

We will start with the granita, a refreshing dessert made with fresh fruit juice, sugar, and water. You will learn how to balance the sweetness and acidity of the lemon juice and achieve the perfect texture using the right equipment and techniques.
