What To Expect

You will be welcomed with a smile and by the iconic Ape Calessino – affectionately nicknamed “the Ferrari” – ready to embark on a journey through the authentic flavors of Campania.

The first stop? A sweet beginning with artisanal organic jams and a tasting of flavored extra virgin olive oils: lemon, orange, basil, rosemary, chili pepper, truffle… an explosion of scents and taste!

Then we’ll head to a local farmhouse, where three generations of cheesemakers will guide you through the stables, show you the cows’ GMO-free diet, and delight you with a thrilling mozzarella show: you'll witness the live creation of fior di latte mozzarella, ricotta, and caciottine, all ready to be tasted fresh.

To pair, a glass of local wine and a bite of the renowned Provolone del Monaco DOP, followed by a dessert made with ricotta and jam, and of course, a sip of limoncello.

At the end of the experience, we’ll return to Schiazzano aboard the “Ferrari,” with hearts – and bellies – full of flavor and unforgettable memories.
