Here, you’ll cook hands-on, learning traditional Neapolitan techniques. We use only the freshest ingredients, either grown by Lucia or sourced locally, ensuring a true taste of Sorrento. The course accommodates vegan or vegetarian preferences and allows menu customizations. What To Expect
During our Traditional Menu cooking class, you’ll be welcomed into a warm and authentic Italian kitchen, where the experience begins with a friendly introduction and a breathtaking view of Capri from our terrace. Guided by a passionate local chef, you’ll roll up your sleeves and dive into the secrets of Italian cuisine, starting with the preparation of classic appetizers like bruschetta, crocchè, and montanarine.
You’ll then learn how to make fresh handmade pasta from scratch, discovering the art of kneading, shaping, and pairing it with traditional sauces using the freshest seasonal ingredients. The journey continues with the creation of a beloved Italian main course, where you’ll master professional techniques and learn how to present your dish beautifully.
After all your hard work in the kitchen, you’ll sit down on our panoramic terrace to enjoy a convivial dinner. Here, you’ll taste all the dishes you’ve prepared, accompanied by included soft drinks and local specialties, while sharing stories and laughter with your fellow guests. This is more than just a cooking class—it’s a true celebration of Italian flavors, culture, and hospitality, set in an unforgettable location.
