A former British army officer turned chef and restaurateur, Kit brings passion and storytelling to every dish. In his cozy farmhouse kitchen, you’ll learn to prepare a gourmet three-course English meal using seasonal ingredients. Cook recipes passed down from Kit’s mother, like beef with seasonal vegetables and a classic apple crumble. After the class, enjoy your homemade meal with a glass of wine and great conversation. Vegetarian and vegan options available. This is a unique opportunity to visit the home of a British local and explore traditional culture and cuisine.
