What To Expect
Master the traditional art of making Chinese dumplings with plant-based ingredients in this hands-on cooking class. Chef Celia Chan will guide you through every step, from filling and folding to sealing and frying, as you create delicious vegetarian dumplings from scratch. In addition to perfecting dumpling-making techniques, you'll prepare a flavorful hot and sour soup with mushrooms, bamboo shoots, and chilis. Finish the experience with freshly baked Chinese walnut cookies. This interactive class is suitable for all skill levels and can be conducted in Mandarin or Cantonese upon request.
