Enter the Arrivals Hall after customs and immigration, look for a representative with a Blue Airport Transfers sign with your name on it who will meet you next to the designated meeting points in each Airport/ terminal. For Southampton Airport: Driver will meet you 20 minutes after landing and unless advised of delays by the passengers he will wait up to 60 minutes. For Gatwick and Heathrow airports: Dependent on the state of immigration, customs and baggage clearance times you will be met 45-60 minutes after landing and will wait up to 90 minutes from landing. Meeting points are as following: Southampton airport: Arrivals barrier in the arrivals hall. Heathrow airport: Terminal 2 & 3: In front of WHSmith in the arrivals hall Terminal 4 & 5: In front of Costa Coffee in the arrivals hall Gatwick airport: In front of Costa Coffee in the arrivals hall
