Overview

This full-day tour with an experienced Caribbean Horizons tour guide offers all the island’s highlights in one fun-filled day. Driving along the picturesque west coast, to the Fishing town of Gouyave, home of Grenada's three-time, Olympic medalist Kirani James. At Diamond Chocolate Factory we will sample delicious Jouvay Chocolate. Your adventure starts at The Victoria Nutmeg Museum, You will learn why Grenada is known as the Spice Isle. Belmont Estates plantation lunch and dark chocolate are delicious. At the very North of the island, in St. Patrick, you will visit Carib’s Leap, an important historic site in Sauteurs. Sample Rum at a rum shop, made by the 200-year-old water-powered River Antoine Rum distillery. Passing the eastern coastal town of Grenville, we cut across the mountains to 1900ft above sea level, through the Grand Etang rainforest, home of the Mona monkey. We end with a cooling swim at Annandale Falls before the return journey to St. George’s.

Please be at the pickup location 10 mins before departure. We meet hotel guests at the reception area of the hotel and Cruise passengers are met in front of Columbian Emeralds Shop on the left as you enter the Esplanade cruise building, and at the Old Port, we meet our guests Infront of the Tourist Information Desk as you alight from the tender. Look for the Caribbean Horizons Sign with your Name.
