While the samples will change based on what’s in season, you can expect:
To peel and eat different types of Prawns (shrimp)
Watch rock oysters being shucked to order
Look in amazement as tuna is broken down right in front of you and try fresh sashimi off the backbone
Pick out fresh calamari to be fried to a golden-brown
Try Australian classics like meat pies and vegemite on fresh baked sourdough
Sample the seasons freshest produce and local chocolates.
