    Enjoy a Lunch at Masseria and learn how to make orecchiette with the help of an expert.

    Immerse yourself in the gastronomic culture of Puglia, work the flour grown in the grounds of the Masseria and taste a selection of genuine products.
    During this 2.5-hour workshop, you will discover the secrets of fresh handmade pasta according to tradition.

    What awaits you:
    - Guided tour of the farm with insights on wheat cultivation, from sowing to harvesting and milling.
    - Practical workshop with an expert who will teach you the art step by step how to prepare your orecchiette, one of the symbols of Apulian cuisine.
    - All will be followed by a light lunch with tasting Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Capocollo di Martina Franca, Burrata from a dairy near the farm, orecchiette with sauce, local organic wine and SlowFood Ceglie Biscuit.
