    Live a full experience in the heart of l'Empordà with a day of wine tourism that combines nature, wine, and gastronomy at Vins de Taller. Start with a guided walk through our organic vineyards, where you'll discover biodynamic practices that care for the soil and promote biodiversity. Along the way, observe local wildlife and learn how we reduce our carbon footprint. In the middle of the vineyard, enjoy a wine tasting that connects you directly to the landscape. Back at the winery, taste a selection from our Premium Collection, comparing vintages and plots to uncover the essence of each microterroir. The experience ends with a wine-paired lunch on our terrace: a seasonal salad from our organic garden, local artisan cured meats, and your choice of a delicious paella or fideuà—surf and turf style—made with Pals rice. For dessert: fresh fruit, dark chocolate with extra virgin olive oil, carquinyolis from La Bisbal d’Empordà, and a selection of coffee and herbal teas. Perfect for couples or groups.
