What To Expect

On this experience you will find a master class on the preparation of famous Georgian Khinkali and Imeretian Khachapuri. The event will be hosted in our culinary studio in a cozy homely environment. They will teach you how to find ingredients, introduce you to popular recipes, and discover the secrets of Georgian cuisine, which will make it easy for you to cook at your home. The first dish we will cook khinkali is the pride of Georgian cuisine. Dough: During the cooking class, you will learn how to turn your khinkali correctly so they don't fall apart when cooking. Fixing: You will find out what ingredients to fill your khinkali with the same healing broth that perhaps takes up the main place in the process of eating this dish. We will cook khachapuri in the second dish in Imeretian style. Our chef will show you how to properly form the dough for khachapuri so that it turns out even, and what cheese to use so that it stretches and melts in your mouth. The chef will also tell you about other ways to decorate this exquisite Georgian dish. After the cooking class, you will also receive a written recipe for the dishes you prepared so that you can repeat the cooking at home.
