Next, we will visit Khareba Winery, which is located inside a 7.7-kilometer-long tunnel in the mountain. This tunnel, built during the Soviet times, is now one of the biggest wineries in the region. The winery is surrounded by green nature, making it a peaceful and beautiful place to enjoy wine. Here, you will get the chance to taste 4 different Georgian wines, and learn about how these wines are made.After the wine tasting, we will have a cooking class at Khareba Winery. You will learn how to make some of Georgia’s most famous dishes, like Khinkali (delicious dumplings), Adjarian Khachapuri (cheese-filled bread), Churchkhela (a traditional Georgian sweet), and fresh Georgian bread.Once the cooking is done, we will enjoy a wonderful lunch at the winery’s restaurant.
