Guided Teide Tour and Sunrise at the Summit
Overview
Walking to the summit of Teide is the only way to witness the sunrise from the top of Spain. Manage everything so that the experience is synchronized with that magical moment in which the sun peeps through the horizon and the triangular shadow of the volcano is cast on the sea or the sky.
It is not a massive or impersonal excursion. It offers close, humane and empathetic accompaniment, adapted to the rhythm and level of each person. Listening, accompanying and caring is part of the way you guide.
The activity is led by a technical sports mountain guide, with real experience in ascents, climbing and canyons, and technical knowledge of the terrain
It also manages the official access permissions to the summit, so that you only take care of the experience.

What To Expect
This ascent is for mountaineering lovers, for those who enjoy the night, nature and the pleasure of reaching a summit won step by step
Meet me in the parking lot of the Teide cable car at 1 :00 a.m. There we will check the equipment and make sure everyone is properly prepared. In the calm of the night, we will begin the climb to Teide
The route has about 10 km and 1,300 meters of positive slope, which we will travel under the mantle of stars. We will provide you with canes and headlamps, but it is essential that you come well equipped with mountain shoes, warm clothing, beanie, gloves and windbreakers. After dawn, the incidence of sunlight is very high, so it is also recommended to wear sunglasses, cap and sunscreen
When you reach the top, the effort will make sense: you will see the sun rise from the east as the triangular shadow of Teide is cast to the west, over the sea or clouds. A natural spectacle hard to forget
We will finish the activity descending comfortably in the cable car
