What To Expect

We'll begin with the three confined waters sessions, where we'll practice the rescue exercises.
Once you'll master them we'll do three open water dives, keep practising the rescue exercises.

A: Participants in the SSI Rescue Diver Course in Tenerife cannot fly in an airplane within 24 hours of their dive. The main concern with scuba diving and flying is decompression sickness (DCS).
