The day before the excursion, we will contact you by phone to coordinate the meeting place and time for the pick-up service.If we do not receive any response, we will not provide the pick-up service and on the day of the excursion, you must be at Fred Olsen's office in the port of Los Cristianos at 9 am to meet the tour guide.If the reservation is made within 24 hours prior to the excursion, the pick-up service will not be provided, so on the day of the excursion you must be at Fred Olsen's office in the port of Los Cristianos at 9 a.m. to meet with the tour guide.If you do not present your identification document to board, no amount of money will be refunded.Pickups are only made in Tenerife South (from Callao Salvaje to Los Cristianos), if you require pickup outside this area they will have an additional cost.
