In this experience you can immerse yourself in the quiet atmosphere of Tenute Baglio Passofondo, an oasis of peace a few kilometers from Trapani and Palermo.
We will learn what quality of olive oil means, and what it means to produce Sicilian extra virgin olive oil. As soon as you arrive at Tenute Baglio Passofondo you will be supported by the operators who will describe the distinctive characteristics of the Baglio and the Estates and will remain at your disposal during the experience.
The experience continues with a walk among the olive trees belonging to Tenute Baglio Passofondo immersed in the hills of Alcamo.
Next, we will taste some simple and tasty Sicilian dishes all enhanced by the use of extra virgin olive oil.
