Once-in-a-lifetime Experience! Authentic Dalmatian tour of family vineyard, olive and almond orchard in the historic area of Bijaći, the birth place of Croatia, nestled in the Kaštela hills, surrounded by untouched nature and beautiful views of the mountains, Adriatic sea, the city of Split and surrounding islands.
Learning all about wine and extra virgin olive, tasting wine from fermentation tanks in the wine cellar and enjoying Dalmatian delicacies, our award-winning wines, and live accordion music in a beautiful outdoor setting.
This is a unique hands-on approach where our guests will walk through our olive and almond orchards learning all about the extra virgin olive oil production from the tree to the bottle. You will also learn how much work is needed to produce a high quality wine and see the tools used in the wine making process.
Then it is time to enjoy our home made Dalmatian delicacies in a beautiful outdoor setting with traditional accordion music.

What To Expect
Authentic Dalmatian experience on our family-run vineyards, olive and almond grove in Kaštela. Learn about the olive oil and wine making process as we walk through the vineyard and olive orchard, enjoy beautiful views of the Bay and indulge in our homemade delicacies as I Croatian songs wearing the traditional costume.
You will be guests at our family Estste in the historical area of Bijaći, the cradle of Croatian history dating back to the year 852 when prince Trpimir's Charter mentioned the word Croat for the first time.
We will start with an agricultural tour the olive/almond orchards and vineyards, where I will explain how much work and effort is required to produce award-winning wine and extra virgin olive oil.
After our walk, we will descend into the wine cellar where you will be tasting wine directly from the fermentation tanks, as I explain the tools used for the wine making and grappa distilling process.
Next, you will enjoy our homemade made delicacies, wine and liquors in a serene setting between the oliva and almond orchards as I am playing our traditional Croatian songs on my accordion wearing the local costume.
