    DEtox retreat where you will learn yogic and yurvedic meditation and breathing techniques for a better understanding of the I. You will achieve a communion between mind, body and spirit that will allow you to live more fully, no matter your current circumstances. ES a sensory journey DE hear, taste and perceive the world and yourself differently, transforming a dark and anxious vision EN a brighter and calmer one.
