What To Expect

We'll meet at the West Canyon parking lot of Snow Canyon State Park and walk a scenic dirt fire road for a quarter of mile /5-15 minutes (Roundtrip .50 mile). (Wear running shoes or sneakers. ) We'll enjoy a 1-hour vinyasa/ Yin, or Restorative flow immersed in the incomparable beauty of Snow Canyon and return to the paring lot /5-15 minutes. Total time 1.5 hours +/-. Inquire about guided hike adventures.

NOTE: There is a park entrance fee that's not included: · $10-15 per vehicle (up to 8 people) · $5 per vehicle for seniors 65+ with Utah driver license. Optional pick-up at Feel Love Coffee can be arranged.
