Our limousines serves customers between the Cruise Port and any location in Greater Vancouver, including Downtown Vancouver and Vancouver.

Meeting and Pickup
A designated pickup time is required for Cruise Port Pickup. Guest can select a time, or a recommended time will be selected based on flight departure. • Upon disembarkation proceed thru customs • Locate “Limo Phone” thru Door D • Provide your name and KJ Limo • Limo will dispatch within 5-10 mins
What To Expect
You can choose your preferred pickup time. We allow a 45-minute wait time from the scheduled pickup time. If we can’t reach you after an hour, we will then release the driver.
Cruise Port Pickup Procedure:
• Upon disembarkation of the ship you must collect your luggage and proceed through customs and immigration
• Then exit the building to the transportation area where you will need to locate the “Limousine Phone” through Door D which will connect you directly to a Vancouver Ports Personnel at the off-site limousine holding area
• Please provide your name and provide limo company name
• The limousine will then be dispatched to your location within 5-10 minutes from the off- site holding area
