What To Expect
Transfer services are available seven days a week, accommodating groups of one to six people with up to six pieces of luggage.
To book, please provide your cruise details and Venice hotel information (if applicable). Confirmation will be sent within 24 hours, along with a travel voucher to present to your driver—it's that simple!
Whenever possible, your boat from the Marittima cruise port will adjust its route to ensure the most convenient drop-off point for your Venice hotel. Please refer to the Itinerary section below for the list of available stops.

- Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap
- Venice Marittima Cruise Port is approximately 30 minutes from Venice
- The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
- Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may attract a small additional fee, payable direct to driver.
- Please note, in case of fog or bad weather conditions the boat service will be diverted via Piazzale Roma by vehicle.
- Infants aged 3 years and under travel free of charge. They must be seated in the lap of an adult. No child seats or baby capsules are provided.
- Passengers are advised that this is a shared transfer and you may be required to wait up to 30 minutes before transferring to your water taxi and on to Venice stops
- If you're planning a day trip to Venice and staying outside the city, please note that an access fee will be required on certain dates. For more information, including details about exemptions and the specific dates when the fee applies.

If you have any doubts about becoming seasick on the water, we recommend taking a Dramamine® Motion Sickness Relief tablet the night before your trip. Some people recommend taking it the night before your cruise and then again that morning so you will not feel so drowsy.
