Excellent adventure tour, Luis S. was our driver and he was so helpful and just a great guy. They have lockers available at the base and the hike is a bit rough but I am a fat guy and I made it without too much huffing. Book thru City Boat Tours and save 40-50% over the cruise line.

Loved this experience, everything was beautiful and one on one. You can tell the horses are well cared for (I love that). And the service was amazing. I recommend going with Fausto, muy amable and made our experience that much better. I do warn there is construction since they’re building a hotel but I already knew that before coming (so I won’t complain about it it’s only one part) so just be aware.

This was an amazing excursion! 3 of us are in our 60’s and though it was an hour hike it was well worth it. It was a bit tiring but once we got there the water was cold and inviting. The guides will stop if need be but the incline will definitely give you a work out! Kind of like doing an aerobics class. You will need water shoes or tennis shoes. If your feet get sore easily wear tennis shoes bc you will be stepping on many rocks and stones. I was fine with water shoes but my friend said her feet were hurting. To me wearing the dry fit shirt and shirts was better than wearing my bathing suit. A lot more comfortable with long sleeves bc the water is pretty cold and when jumping or sliding you feel more protected from the rocks and not worry about straps or bathing suit falling off. The jump is not as bad as it seems but make sure to jump with your legs straight down. I pulled my legs straight in front of me ( not intentionally, just my reflex) and ended up with bruises on my hind legs bc of the impact from hitting the water so hard. I was ok but it burned for a while. We decided on not taking our cameras bc the less you have on you the better off you are. One of the guides will take lots of pictures of each person and the price was $50 for the group. He will download them onto your phone when you get back. We ended up with more than 200 photos for 4 of us. I love having the memories and the photos are great. Mara was our tour guide, Ezequiel was our photographer and Papi Chulo ( Santiago) was our driver and they were all very professional and made us feel very comfortable. You will also have two guides from the park for your safety. They too were amazing!! After the falls we were given a very nice buffet of chicken and pork chops with salad, fruit, pasta salad, rice and beans, and bread. It was all delicious. You can buy beer or any alcoholic beverages there but they give you water bottles throughout the entire trip. We left our stuff in the van and did not use the lockers at the park. Everything was locked up and safe. Rosario was the lady we kept in touch through what’s up throughout the days before the trip. She was wonderful and quick to respond with directions and any questions we had. You may want a change of clothes after the falls. The bathrooms there have showers and it’s nice to change into dry clothes. Water comes on at the head of the shower, faucet knobs are not there. It took me a while to figure it out. LOL. We made 3 stops before heading back to ship. A coffee farm, A couple of stores and a stop to eat bananas and mangos. Overall, I highly recommend this trip. The price is great for all you get. At pick up time we walked outside the cruise gates which is about a 15-20 minute walk but they were patiently waiting with smiles on their faces and eager to please. Our group consisted of only 6 of us and I was very happy about that.

Had an amazing experience, would highly recommend this excursion! Took my mother for her 65th birthday, we are both life long experienced horse owners. It has always been her dream to be able to go horseback riding on the beach. We had a top notch time to say the very least!

Driver was waiting for us soon as we got off the plane. The directions that were sent were very detailed. Excellent service!

Friendly staff, great service. Tons of activities in and out . All accommodations were excellent. So relaxing. What happens in Punta Cana says in PC. So much fun, shopping buying rum, cigars, clothing and souvenirs.

Transfer was timely and safe, which were the main requirements for travelling out of country. Vehicle was comfortable!

This was a free tour while we were staying at Secrets Royal Beach Resort. If you have never seen cigar rolling in person and had the process explained to you this is a nice tour. I would only spend 1 hr. doing the entire place. There is a nice store where you can buy Punta Cana items, a premium rum store and a store where they make their own chocolate. The free transportation was good getting to the stores, but terrible trying to get back to the resort. We waited1.5 hrs. to get a transport back to our resort.

A touch of adrenaline: The speed and turns in the buggy were exciting, an experience that is not easily forgotten!
