This was a most amazing adventure for my friends and I. We arrived on time, were given a short instruction on the chiliboat operation and given our safety gear. As women 'of a certain age' we were a bit concerned about our physical ability on the boats. No problem. As we 'biked' out into the water, the staff kept a close eye on all of us. The lagoon itself was a treat for the eyes. So glad to have experienced it!

As a horse owner and experienced rider, I had a wonderful time at this horseback riding event in Puerto Rico. The owner was incredibly kind and clearly loves and cares deeply for her horses. It was refreshing to see such well-cared-for animals, and it’s obvious that she prioritizes their well-being above all else.The horses were well-trained, responsive, and patient—especially considering that many of the riders who book these experiences have little to no experience around horses. I truly appreciated that many of the horses were ridden bitless, which shows a thoughtful approach to their comfort and helps reduce the likelihood of inexperienced riders accidentally hurting their mouths.The ride itself was absolutely stunning. The trails showcased Puerto Rico’s natural beauty and made for a truly peaceful and memorable experience.That said, I do think the experience could benefit from a bit more education for guests, especially those new to horses. Many people seem to forget—or not realize—that horses are living beings with their own personalities and instincts. Even the most well-trained horse can have off days, react unpredictably, or exhibit natural behaviors like kicking or refusing to move forward. They’re not machines, and it’s important for riders to understand and respect that.I would love to see a short briefing or educational moment added before the ride to help set expectations and create a safer, more respectful environment for both the horses and the guests.Overall, I absolutely loved this experience and highly recommend it to anyone who appreciates horses and nature. Just remember to come with patience, respect, and an open mind—because these amazing animals deserve it.

Beautiful views, saw lots of colorful fish and waving coral. At the end, like it was choreographed, there was a giant sea turtle resting on the sand, who then gently took off and wafted off into the deeper water. The guide was great and took wonderful care of non-experienced snorkelers. Safety was paramount. Loved it!!

Great ride with beautiful views. First time my daughter ever rode a horse and it was definitely a memorable ride for her. Staff was extremely polite and horses are well taken care of.

We had a great time! The water was clear and so lots of fish and other sea life. It was easy to access. Not sure if the snorkel gear was sterilized at all though

If you’re thinking about booking this experience….DO IT!! Absolutely breathing taking experience. So many fish, turtles, stingrays, and coral reef. We were able to swim at our own pace, learn about everything we saw. 10/10 experience for a very reasonable price!

I can't say enough about Mariel. We booked this tour for the day after we arrived. I would highly suggest this. Mariel took us to places we probably would have never found. We made a list along the way of the places we wanted to go back to and spend more time. She was very informative about the culture in Puerto Rico. I have to say, she was one of the best tour guides we have used. You can tell that she truly cares about her clients and enjoys what she does. By the end of the tour, you feel like family. We had so much fun.

This was my first time horse back riding I was nervous as soon as I pulled up Ricky made me feel safe and comfortable. He takes the time to explain how to ride the horse and one by one hell have each person get on the horse and make sure your 100 percent comfortable. You go through thebl ruines pass the beach into the rainforest. He stays with you the whole trip. Great guy. I would recommend this to any one at any experience level.

This was really fun! Claire was very friendly and knowledgeable. She was always checking in when we were in the water to make sure everyone was comfortable and having fun. Definitely recommend

Carolina & Edwin were fantastic! We had a great time and they were very focused on safety and ensuring everyone had a great time. Carolina, as a marine biologist was an amazing resource and Edwin was extremely helpful to my son who was learning how to dive deep.

Carolina and Edwin were incredible. They stayed in contact with us weeks ahead of our booking and even suggested we try another day due to the tides. They were so knowledgeable and attentive, and we learned so much from them. Highly recommend this snorkeling adventure!

I had an amazing experience with Ty and his mother. I went with mine and we instantly hit it off. The tour was very personable and they made sure we had a great time while maintaining safety. His mom paired with mine and I went with him. He taught me how to equalize while diving and his mom made mine feel so secure. Would highly recommend their excursion and will definitely book again when I'm back in Rincon! Thanks again for making our trip special!
