The tour was very good and Alberto was fabulous. We were picked up and dropped off at our hotel. However, the was much confusion about pickup time.

I booked this excursion for a group of ten, ranging in age from 13 to 78, and everyone had a great time. There was truly something for everyone. The hosts were fantastic and very attentive from start to finish—during the van ride, the catamaran trip, and our time at the beach.Ricardo, who was in charge at the port, made sure our entire group was well taken care of as we arrived and departed. Poncho was our main guide for the afternoon. He walked us through how the beach club worked, gave tips on what to expect, and pointed out things to watch for. He was friendly, helpful, and made sure the younger ones got their food and fun while the rest of us were comfortable and cared for. Luis, our waiter at the beach club, was outstanding—constantly checking in to ensure everyone had what they needed.Keep in mind, this is a small port town and not as developed as places like Puerto Vallarta. While it’s marketed as an all-in-one tour, it’s actually a coordinated effort by several small local operators. So be prepared to tip multiple people along the way—bring plenty of small bills! In addition to Ricardo, Poncho, and Luis, we tipped the van drivers, the jitney drivers on Stone Island, and gave small tips to the horse ride and banana boat staff. It’s clear this is a less affluent area, and the locals are working hard to provide a good experience.The included food and drinks were good but simple, as expected for the price. The combo plate and burritos got good reviews from our group. You can also order additional items off the menu (credit cards accepted)—the guacamole with chips and beef nachos were especially popular. There was also a fresh oyster cart, though we didn’t try it.Drinks featured standard rail liquor. The Mai Tai was a hit, while most other drinks were just okay. Pacifico beer was available and a safe choice. One important note: bring water from the ship. Water is only provided during transportation from the port—not at the beach—which wasn’t clearly communicated.As for activities, the teens loved using the boogie boards all day and took a few banana boat rides using some of the older folks' tickets. The horse rides were short and more of a photo op—fun to see unexpected riders in action. It’s a brief walk through the neighborhood and back. The carriage ride was longer and a great option for our less mobile group members.Overall, everyone left happy, tired, and full of great memories. Highly recommended for a laid-back, well-rounded day that supports hardworking local businesses.

This was a great visit! So many varied things to see. Really unique whale museum, lots of critters to see, and the views from the observation were incredible. It was really a great visit and a very affordable price.

Wonderful experience! They took good care of us every step of the way. Felt very safe the whole time. We got a lot more than what we expected when we booked with them. Horseback riding, tasty food and drinks, beautiful views of the scenery and ranch and its cute animals. Some of the guides had very limited English, so we would recommend practicing your Spanish.

An amazing experience! the staff were very nice and accommodating, we had tons of fun riding the atvs and got to ride them on the beach. We also opted to do the horse back riding and that was also so much fun! All animals are so well taken care of and the lunch was absolutely delicious!! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who comes to Mazatalan!

Hector is amazing. Gave a great tour of the city, and was super flexible for special requests. If there are things you want to see or do as part of your tour, be sure to let him know. He was great, super gracious with my family. It’s a great way to get a more intimate glimpse of Mazatlan. Highly recommend!

Just be aware that you have to walk 1500 km and then go up 337 steps to the light house. So make sure you are not hungover or just had Montezuma's revenge. The staff was awesome and extremely tentative. They were very patient with us. The climbing of the stairs was well worth it. It was such an amazing experience! Highly highly recommend it!

Fun experience and the people were so nice. Even my 10 year old was able to go and had a blast. Definitely recommend.

Hector was awesome. Great humor very informative. Took us to the best place to eat and suggested Chorreadas and they were so good want more the day after!!

This was so fun!! All the guides were so friendly and kept the whole group pumped up. They were really great with the kids in the group as well. They provided drinks and snacks. I felt very safe with the gear they used. The ATV ride was about an hour long, i recommend being in the very front or very back of the group so you aren’t eating dust the whole time. You go down 7 thrilling zip lines! Fun for the whole family.

We had a blast on the ATVs! The lunch was excellent along with the tequila tastings! Highly recommend this activity!

Oh my gosh, where do I begin?!? What an incredible experience this was. Our driver took us on a city tour and once we finally arrived we were greeted and taken to the sweat lodge. I didn't know what to expect, but it was such a great experience. Afterwards we were served the most delicious meal and I was able to sample some great tequilas. The hosts were so awesome and made us feel like family. I would highly recommend this activity.

Mr.Lionso, his family and staff were super kind, welcoming and accommodating. It was a unique experience that we are so glad that we got to have. The ATV is on the beach, the Mezcal with a rattlesnake, the sweat lodge and the yummy lunch. We’re all awesome.

We had such an amazing time with the staff! Everyone was friendly and made our whole group feel safe! Excellent job and fun for everyone!

We met up with our host right after getting off the ship. They were standing in the shop area holding a sign. Checking in was fast and efficient. There were about 10 of us total. We got onto a mini van type vehicle and drove about 40 mins thru the city to our destination. Although the AC was on, it was warm and stuffy. Our driver was friendly, spoke english very well and most importantly, drove safe. Once arrived to destination, we were offered a cold beer and began getting fitted for hemlets and goggles. You can buy a fabric facemask for $5 to keep the dust off ur face. I brought my own hanker chief to use. You definitely need something because it’s very dusty one you start moving on the quads. Id say we rode about 45-60 mins. Trail flat and easy. Quads selt safe and ran great. We stopped at the beach and jumped in the ocean and then rode on the beach for about 15 minutes. More ice cold beers were handed out for those who wanted them! Me!! Once back at the ranch, we sat at beautifully decorated tables and a large pitcher of pink lemonade with flour blossoms was delivered to our table and another ice cold beer. They also made Table side melted cheese dish, which was amazing. The food was excellent. I am a vegetarian and they accommodated me wonderfully. After we ate, we sampled multiple different types of on-site brewed tequilas. I tried a shot of tequila that had a dead rattlesnake in it!! Our favorite was the chocolate cream tequila which we bottle a bottle for $30 to take home. Dessert was a homemade cinnamon roll and pan seared caramelized bananas. Then they took us around the ranch and showed us the distilling process for the tequila which was very interesting. After we were full and slightly buzzed, we were taken back to the port. On The ride to the ranch we were taken through matzalan which is very poverty-stricken and on the way back to the ship we were taken through the tourist high class section, which is pretty neat to see.
